EXPERIENCE
Experience at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state civil and criminal courts throughout the United States, including Illinois (its federal courts and those of the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake and Will), California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Clients have included corporations from the United States, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong and Japan. The federal civil court work has included representation of clients in contested matters before the bankruptcy division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
